This is a 1970's 5x14 Ludwig Supraphonic snare drum in good condition. It is mostly original, the only things I know to be replaced are the heads, the wires, and the 2 screws on the strainer that tighten down the nylon strap. Both heads (Ambassador X batter and Ambassador reso) and the snare wires are fairly new, so this drum is ready to play. It has some pitting on the shell, but lower than the average amount for a Supra from this era. There is also a small amount of surface rust on the hoops. The serial # on this one is 2117006, and the badge has the rounded corners. That puts it at a date probably 1979, or possibly 1980.
