This is a great early 1960s (pre-serial #) Ludwig 5x14 chrome-over-brass Supraphonic snare drum. Brass shell is in good condition, with brilliant chrome and typical scuffs and scratches for a well-loved vintage drum. Baseball bat muffler with red felt; hoops are also brass. All parts except top head are original!

Best sounding metal snare drum ever produced. I play mine every day. Whoever gets it will be very satisfied with the purchase. Classic snare drum.
