Here's a 1984 jet black Swingstar with box lugs and zola-coating on the inside. I grabbed it for a 1968 Supra and cymbals and didn't really expect much. The jokes on me because they have great tone and projection. Well built drums. I have 2 days to pull the trigger on a 10" tom in Texas and am still contemplating . I reserved an era-correct Swingstar snare this morning in case I do sell and for posterity really.
