1940s WFL "Sticky" Badge Kit- NEED DATING HELP

Hey all!

I'm married so no offers in that way- ok dudes?

Seriously though, here is my 1940's WFL that I've added to and restored.

My question is that I date the WMP drums to about 1938 (really a stab due to the lugs and the badge which I think is pre WWII). Is this right?:confused:

The snare is 1941 I believe.
