It seems as if the OP has fled the site! Laughing HLaughing H I think value would depend on if the shells are the 3 ply with re-rings or the 5 ply.

Most likely this is a model number, maybe they ink stamped it in the shell instead of using a paper tag, since it's a student model.

The snare bed looks suspect but could probably be smoothed out. Otherwise looks original other than the Evans sticker. Student model.
