The small mounted tom with the older badge, if you look at the way the head hoop is exposed shows the shell is pre-international which puts it pre '65...

Yep, that will work. Or any other boom arm, cymbal clamp, dogbone, stacker, etc. Check out Gibraltar or DW for hardware.
