Give it a good cleaning inside and out (remove hardware, clean and polish) and sell it as is. Re-wrapping and replacing parts will devalue the kit.

60, 45 and 30 are the angles I've run across. Inside cuts with 1/8 and 1/4 outer round overs. A few older snares had full round overs.
