Zildjian 60's ? STAMP ID help Last viewed: 34 minutes ago

Thanks guys for all the notes.

I have another 50's ride & that one definitely has the hollow-block lettering. The ZILDJIAN lettering for the ride in question is odd, neither hollow nor thinner; in fact, it seems to be something in between the two, which is what's throwing me.

I still am foggy. H

Okay well now I am wondering because he is saying because yours is big its weird.

Here is my 13 inch 1960's high hat. That is like identical to yours but yours are far cleaner ha.

This is my 1960's 18" cymbal. That stamp is almost 2 inches tall. I don't know if that is normal or not??

So, it seems, t/ Zildjian has joined the muddled world of figuring out what's what in the vintage drum world. Just went through it w/ a 60's Rogers kit. Uhg!

Hate to ask since this sort of ? garners radio silence: what the hell are they worth? I am selling a Yamaha kit & he's interested in these, & seeing that I do not want to overcharge, I do not want to give them away either. I am guessing that the hats = $250+; crash = 150+; ride = 175.

Still would be nice to know what the deal is w/ the ride stamp -
