Yamaha RC 20th Anniversary Kit Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hello All,

I have a Yamaha RC 20th Anniversary 4 piece in purple fade that I am thinking about selling. It's a beautiful kit, sounds great and is in mint condition. I'm trying to gather some historical info on the number of actual kits that Yamaha produced for the 20th Anniversary. Not sure what the value is. Google hasn't reveled much unfortunately. Not much wear and tear on this kit as it got sporadic use from 1995-1997 than virtually sat for 16 years. here is a recent pic.

Any info is appreciated!

Greetings! Nice drums... I'd check eBay for prices.

Is that a teddy bear living in the bass drum?

Thank you! I will continue to watch ebay to see if any other 20th Anniversary RC's pop up.

and yes, my kids thought it was appropriate for a teddy bear to "hibernate" with those drums!

Value (worth) is subjective. What it's worth to one may or may not be what it's worth to another. Put a price on it and see what happens. I remember on DFO back in January a fella was selling his blue fade and stated there was only 100 sets made of blue fade. Not sure how accurate e is/was. But he thought they were made of gold and never got his asking price. At least on DFO anyway.

I believe what fishwaltz meant was to check completed listings on ebay...That will let you know what they are selling for...

Cheers

Excellent point! I saw that post on DFO and that made me wonder how rare that particular production might be. I was surprised how much he wanted for them!

Thanks everyone for your comments
