WWII Gretsch drums, first W&A, Liberty drums Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Loading...

I am selling off some of my collection. I have a WWII Gretsch Defender set plus many extra drums and hardware, 11 drums in all. An early 1909 W&A Perfection Carry-all drum kit with the split case bass drum. A 1926 Liberty drum kit, bass drum and snare drum. I would rather not ship these, but I will consider it. I would really like to move these soon, as I don't have room for them any longer. I will accept any reasonable offers. If you're interested I can send as many photos as you like. Please rescue these so they don't see the bonfire at the end of the month!!!

Best Wishes,

Glen

Yes, I have four of them, they are blue with silver around the center, they would need to be refinished. I think two of them still have the tack heads on the bottom.

Here are some photos of the 1909 W&A kit. One of the first true drum kits ever produced. There is a snare drum stand that came with it as well. Don't let these become firewood!
