Woodblock and Cowbell Mount

Loading...

Gentlemen:

I recently purchased a vintage Tama woodblock and mount along with a very old LP cowbell. Almost mint! The trouble is that I already use the space on my bass drum rim for another big LP cowbell which I really like. Is there such a thing as a cowbell and woodblock combination mount that could be attached to a ROUND cymbal extension arm or an L-arm?

Thank you in advance.

The front "U"-section of an LP mini everything rack (http://www.lpmusic.com/products/subpage/?modelNo=LP472) may give you enough of a lip to mount the holder, if it can clamp to something that thin. You would also gain two more posts for percussion mounting.

Brian, I have an old-school (60's) cowbell & woodblock holder that attaches to the bass drum rim. It's yours if you want it. Let me know. (Freebee, gift from me to you!)

Too many great drums to list here!

Thank you very much for your replies and offers, poppies and John! I really appreciate everything. I have three of the old school bass drum rim mounts but, I just don't have anymore room considering my toms and snare placement. A big old LP cowbell sits on the rim of of my bass facing me. It is mounted by a vintage cowbell mount. A modern LP woodblock is attached to my ride cymbal stand by means of an arm extension. To be honest, I probably don't need another woodblock and cowbell. It's just that they are so beautiful, at least to my eyes, that I'd like to mount them somewhere. I'll eventually think of something I hope.

Guys like you are what makes this forum so great! Thanks again.
