Robyn
CB Drums.
Nothing fancy, Japanese made.
You haven't hit the lotto, but you might be able to clean them up and make a few bucks.
Empire State Light and Sound
Made by Pearl in Japan, probably late 70s, early 80s. Missing parts should be fairly easy to find.
I'd offer them $50 and see what happens...

(also "billnvick" on eBay)
ok thanks, didn't figure they were a pot of gold, not my luck. i do like the color of them and was just kinda curious of there quality and if they were worth 100 bucks and the drive to pick them up.
Robyn
just looked it up on mapquest, it would be a 3-3 1/2 hr drive one way, are they worth that? would you guys make that trip for them?
Robyn
My truck would use at least $70 worth of gas for that trip.
Unless you get really good mileage I wouldn't say it's worth it.

Made by Pearl, The set with these lugs on them are from mid 75-79.That when C.B.700 stoped useing that tom mount. The shells are 9 ply the same shells that Pearl used on the wood fiberglass shells they made also same shells in the 80's on the Pearl Export line of drums..
The snare maybe from the pre 75 the lugs look like the rounded copy type of lugs that Pearl used, also the snare looks to be a 10 snare if the snare has the rounded lugs it maybe a Brass shell C.O.B.
I would see if the guy would meet you half way for pick up...Oh the color is called Silver Silk...Mikey
PASS-adina! By the time you add in the gas, tolls and the meal (7 hour round-trip, you'll have to stop to eat,) you'll be paying twice what the drums are worth.
Wait, be patient, keep looking, and following the ads. Great deals on great drums come up often enough to make it worth the wait.
