Obviously these snares did not come with the drum.
What do I need and where can I get the wires to make this original

This drum has been recovered.
"It has been properly re-covered in the obvious white pearl."
So if you are looking for an original drum this is far from it.
To answer your question, I've seen strainers pop up on eBay all the time for Slingerland drums.

You want an extended snare wire set.
Provided the distance between the snare bridges is at least 15 7/8", these should fit.

They are very inexpensive and serviceable.
In the unlikely event the 20 strand set is wider than the gates on the hoop, you can easily reduce the width of the wire set with a grinding stone attachment on an electric drill.
I have used these wires successfully on both Leedy Broadway and Slingerland RKs.
