Josh do you have the box that you will use to ship it in yet?, weigh the drums on a scale separately add that up, then add 12 pounds or so for the box and packing weight, this will get you very very close to the real cost to you and your buyer.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

its sooooo easy to loose $$$ on shipping, more so on over sized items like drums sets, so do yourself a favor. put down a price of say $200 for ship (just to fill in blank), and in the caption of the ad, write, "Buyer will pay actual ship fees, once auction is completed and final destenation is known, drums will be packed and an invoice wil be sent for actual ship cost" this will cover you. I cant tell you how many times I've lost $$$ and ended up giving away items.

live and learn.

Of course that all depends on destinaton and distance you ship to. You could nest those drums to do in one package or send them individually. Over seas/out of the country..etc. shipping will differ also. I think slingerlands advice is sound and will cover you no matter what communicating with the buyer on the final price keeping both parties happy.
