You're showing your age, Jon! :p The younger cats will have no clue what you're referring to.
And it must have been a pure blast to get to play Monster Mash with Bobby Pickett! Music from the sound track of my life...

Starting the load up now Ugh ! this is the part I don't care for about playing but it is what it is !
I'm going to play my black Jenkins-Martin kit with my "day of the dead" snare. ;-)
Technically that is on the 2nd of Nov but a nice snare like that would be right at home at any gig.
No Halloween gigs tonight, hosting a party at my home although my regular church gig does fall on Dia de los Muertos. I think I'll take my Rogers 20" and try to play with just a rack tom.
Lets see some pics from the Halloween gigs please.
The Slingy JazzRock oak outfit. With a large strobe light.
Falling Do Is that you back there! Hilarious! Great photo. You should use it on your drivers license!

18" bass 14" Flr & 12" rack...(snare, I used a late 70s COB Tama 6.5 King-beat)
The mini show will be aired this Fri...when I get...I'l add the link...
We had such a small area to set up in I only had a little corner so used my little Sonor Safari kit, but here is a pic of the guitar player and I. Although frightening, I didn't dress up, but our guitar player did. That's Bob Gaffney of "Firefall" and I.
