Check this out on ebay. What is going on with the wrap? What would cause that? Almost looks like someone tried to clean it with something and hosed it up.

That freckling looks like moisture got under the top layer of plastic to, either corrode the sparkly pieces, or cause mildew to form on the backing ply. That is irreversible.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
