Gretsch introduced a "new" Microsensitive throwoff at NAMM this year.

It will retro-fit vintage Gretsch snare drums or can be ordered on a new snare drum.........It will be available to buy in a few months.

I'll definitely buy one to try it out. It will sure beat looking for spare ones or parts on Ebay and replacing the ball-bat throw-off lever with repro ones. Any idea when it will be available for purchase?
