I recently found this set at my grandparents house and believe it is pretty old. I am not really sure what to look for on it and would like to sell it. Can anyone tell me anything about it or where to find information? I would really appreciate it! A local music shop has made me an offer, but I feel like they are trying to rip me off. Thanks!!

The offer if it isn't at least 1200 to 1500 I would pass. I just saw your other post with the offer, that is insulting. I will need better pics and more info, so I may revise my cost estimation. but still the kit is a rare one due to the floor toms especially the one with the cradle.
Eye Ball wow that's sweet, mind that snare doesn't fall off there!
I will go back to the set tomorrow and take some more photos. I think i am going to load it up and get it out of the basement so I can get some better light on it too. I will definitely take a picture of the badge.
I was going to keep it, but I don't play drums so I really have no place or use for them :( but it would be great to get them to a good home that will appreciate them!!
Wow that is a cool batch of Slingy's!

Those would look beautiful cleaned up. I would take my time and make sure I understood what I had there before I sold it if I was you.
I would love to sell them to someone who has the time to work on them and clean them up. I am hesitant to go any ****her than dusting them off just because I don't want to take the chance of damaging them.
I definitely want to get as much info on them as possible before I sell them. I already had one offer, $100, luckily I wasn't in a hurry to sell and didn't jump on that.
Where are you located? I can ask in private if you prefer.
Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.

Thanks. Is the drum sitting on the bass a tom or snare? Hard to tell.
