Up for sale is a beautiful 1970s Ludwig shell pack in the desirable Mahogany Cortex finish. These are the highly sought-after 3-ply shells (Mahogany/Poplar/Maple) featuring clear maple interiors and reinforcement rings.

• 8x12" Rack Tom

• 16x16" Floor Tom

• 9x13" Rack Tom (Project shell—needs hardware/edges)

Condition Details: This kit is in "Good" to "Very Good" player's condition. The 12/16/22 shells have recently had their bearing edges professionally refinished, allowing for a much wider and easier tuning range than most vintage kits. The Mahogany Cortex wrap is original and looks great, showing only minor dings and scrapes typical for its age.
