Vintage drums and parts package

Hi, this mid 60's Ludwig kit was stored in a garage, so there is pitting. Some parts are worse than others. The kick drum claws are fairly decent, but the T handles are seriously corroded. I have a bag of the lug mounting screws with copper washers but have not done a total count. There are some extra parts. Two baseball bats, three mufflers, backing plate, Ludwig badge (probably off of the kick drum), extra lugs, etc. The hoops are as follows: two 12" 6 lug, one 16" 8 lug, one 16" 5 lug (?) one 18" 8 lug and two 22" Maple kick drum rings. There's a double tom mount. Lugs: Thirty-two floor tom/kick drum lugs. Twenty-four tom lugs. I also have a 60's Supraphonic 10 lug snare that has moderate pitting and a plate covering some kind of non-original mounting hole. I also have two 60's, gold sparkle Slingerland marching snares. Black and gold badges. One of them is all original and in good condition the other one has the butt plate, but no throw off and has floor tom leg mounts on it. Let me know if you want something more detailed. I have traded vintage gutars and amps over twenty years, but haven't done a whole lot with drums until recently. After doing a little research I believe a low retail estimate for all of this merchandise would be $1200+. I really couldn't comfortably place a value on the shells. One of the toms is split and all of these shells would require work and would have to be re-wrapped. So, all of that said I think a fair price would be $600 for everything. Shipping would be the buyers expense. Let me know if you would be interested in this package deal.

If you're willing to split them from the herd... I'd be interested in three of the Ludwig shells (not interested in the cracked shell,) and all the hardware. If you're willing to sell of the Ludwig shells and hardware as a 'project kit' I'd be interested. PM me with a number.
