Here in Canada, we call it "Remembrance Day". In America, it's "Veterans' Day". The thought is the same. I would like to recognize all of those brave people who served their country , including my dad. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Lest We Forget...
Cheers
Did a benefit concert Saturday evening for local Veterans here in N.E. Ma. Military songs, sing-alongs and some originals by a band member, which were veteran-oriented. Very gratifying to give back to these men and women, and they appreciated it...
The majority of my family is /were police and military. All of my uncles and dad were WW II vets.I have an uncle I never met,who was KIA June 6,1944,and buried in Normandy.I have his 48 star coffin flag, which I display on Veteran Day,weather permitting.
Bless all the men and women of our armed forces, who understand about commitment and sacrifice, and that freedom is never free.
