No. Every single part of that pedal is in that catalog page repair section. except the footboard cover. The base, knuckle, footboard, springs, pushrods, caps, screws, wingnuts, linkage...It`s WFL for sure.

Looks to me that it was designed for only one beater, but with a choice of two angle options...CheersJohn
Yes, I think so, too. Two wing screws would not work well that close together.
Also, I was mistaken when I said it was bake-lite. It seems to be rubber that has become brittle over time. Bake-lite really would not be practical for a footboard. Ludwig & Ludwig offered rubber "sleeves" for their footboards on high hats. Possibly the same type of rubber used on the handles of WFL brushes.
