I noticed the lugs and knew I had seen them on Tromsa.

The only data I have is this saved pic. The person made a travel kit out of a Tromsa tenor drum, added the rest for a small kit

The story I remember was it is a 50`s Tromsa tenor drum. The skin looks to be in the same family.

I would research 50`s tromsa.
