I'm trying to find original brackets for a 70s Slingy Floor Tom, but wondering if there is a substitute I can use in the meanwhile. Hole width is 2 1/4"?

I have some S/L that are re-worked.They were the push button type that i added a eye-let insert to them with a wing nut....I have many of them in stock....Mikey
