Strange Rogers snare for ID Last viewed: 13 hours ago

I saw this at a store today. It's all plated in gold color. Owner says it's a brass shell. The rims look gretsch, but don't know about the rest. It's got the Big R label, but no serial number. Anyone have any ideas?
