Sonor Rosewood Drums Last viewed: 12 hours ago

Here'a a nice 60's Sonor kit in a rosewood finish I stumbled across today. It's not a museum piece, there are a few scuffs and scatches in the finish, but overall it's a pretty clean kit and there are no extra holes. I can get more detailed pics for any interested parties, thanks.

8x12, 8x13, 16x16,14x20

$700 plus actual shipping

Now that you mention it, my snare drum is worth at least 1k. I would have been on the short end if that went down.

Well, that sounded mildly offensive. I wouldn't do that trade either.

This is one of those "aw, man, if I only had the money..."

Super nostalgia here for me. This is the kit I plaed when working the "Holiday Inn Circuit" back in early 70's.

Remember those days? Every small, medium, or big town had at least on club offering live music, 6 nights per week. These days, I'm in a pretty good piano trio, and we can't GIVE it away.

But I sure wish I had the $ for this kit! A labor of love restoration!

Hi, Do you still have the Sonors for sale? Where are you located? I would like to see if you are close enough to me to pick up the drums, if you offer local pickup.

Regards,

Mark
