Will a Slingerland TDR strainer and butt fit the holes of a Zoomatic strainer?
I seem recall that when I bought my kit in '76 the store replaced the Zoomatic with a TDR - but I can't remember for sure if there were any extra holes... I'm old.

The two are definitely not interchangeable! The Zoomatic strainer requires 3 holes in a triangular pattern, with the lower hole fairly large for the nut to thread through the shell. The TDR strainer will interchange with the Rapid strainer. The TDR butt uses the same hole pattern as the TDR strainer and really won't interchange with anything else. Hope this helps!
