Ya know, I spent some time with this earlier when I saw the signatures in the for sale ad.

Photo 1: All I can make out is; Nick or Vick?

Photo 2: Can't make heads or tails of it; Car, Cal, Cab???

I looked through drummer autographs at ebay but couldn't find any matches. I'll try again and see what I can turn up. Like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Too many great drums to list here!

Could the first one be Nick Rich, Buddy's grandson?

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

Cindy Blackman is married to Carlos Santana, so I Googled his autograph images. Photo 2 has some slight similarities with his autograph, but I'd have to say you can eliminate him from your list of possibilities. You may want to check it out for your own peace of mind, though. Just a heads up, there are lots of images of autographs of a Carlos Santana who plays for the Cleveland Indians. However, his is a lot more legible than the guitarist's and the signer of your cymbal.

Here's Santana for comparison to signature 2. No resemblance. I even checked, 'Gary Busey' but his signature is legible.

Gary Busey's signature is legible! Wow! He can't think straight but he can right straight. Imagine that! He's doing better than me, then. I can't do either half the time.

No need to be apologetic, I was surprised how legible it was myself!

"he can right straight"

I can't spell "write" right either. Laughing H
