Were ALL these drums natural maple inside?

I see a guy advertising a kit as XP-8's,but most drums he has are speckled grey inside,except 1 drum....

All XP8 drums are natural finish interiors. Some were lacquered, lightly. I believe those were earlier versions. Most were carnuba waxed.
