I'd appreciate it greatly if one of the Rogers' gurus out there could tell me whether the company used one or two pieces of wrap on its Cleveland-era 20" bass drums.
THANKS in advance for your help!

I'm far from a Rogers guru but the standard size of sheets of pearl and sparkle wrap (24"x54") dictate that any drum over 17" in diameter wrapped in such will require two pieces for full coverage.
54/3.14=17.2
Satin flame and cortex type wraps are available in greater lengths so can be installed on larger drums with only one seam.
I have three Cleveland era BD in 20"
Red Wine Ripple 1964 Cleveland
Sparkling Blue Pearl 1966 Cleveland Dayton early transition
Steel Gray Ripple... 1966 very low Dayton number
Two pieces of wrap on each drum. These are all original.
Thank you both for your time and the infomation you provided. I appreciate it!
Yes indeed, 2 pices of wrap on the basses - even the 18" drums.
