Just got a Rogers 6x.5x14 big R badge,chrome with 5 lines in very good shape,but its missing the frame for the snares. The serial # is D717683. I tried the old magnet test and it only stuck to the rims but I know that isnt a sure fire way to see if its brass.I am hoping to get some idea of its value and if it is COB. Thanks Vic

That drum is chrome over brass/ rims are chrome over steel. Need pics for price estimates (condition)!
