Rogers Holiday Value?

Loading...

Hi guys, I have someone wanting to trade a Dayton era, Holiday set in red onyx, sizes are 12,18,20, for something more modern. I dont know why. Can anyone here let me know what value it would carry? He says the only problems are a little pitting on the swivo tom mount and the floor tom legs. I will be looking to flip this kit if I pick it up. Thanks for any and all help.

Sorry, pics are on the way. My computer is having issues. Slingerlynn will post one in a few for me. I think the kit is a pieced together kit also with those sizes. I am hoping to get a look at it in the next few days.

Wasn't trying to be nasty about it, hope it wasn't taken that way. I'm just tired of asking for photos. I'm happy to help out one of my drum brothers if I can, but some of the guys ask for appraisals and then leave it to your imagination.

The kit may not be one that was thrown together as much as it might be a larger, 'original' kit that had some drums sold off. In this case, the 13" and the 16" toms. (Leaving the weird, 12", 18" 20" set-up available for sale.)

Need to see them. A partial kit like this one, (which is what I think it is,) needs to be valued drum by drum and then the over-all value can be estimated.

Please define what "more modern" would be. 1980s - current, 1990s? thanks :)
