Rogers and Slingerland Duco Set Last viewed: 3 days ago

Looking for advice on this set.

Bass drum is a 20x14 Rogers Mercury. It is complete with all original smooth large bead and butter lugs and long, single-tension rods and claws. Virgin bass. It has no extra holes and no badge or label.

Floor tom is a 14x14 Slingerland dated Feb 65 "M". Looks to be complete and all original including COB hoops, tone control, lugs, rods, legs, and push-button leg mounts.

Small tom is a 12x8 Rogers with only one original lug (large b+b). It doesn't have a badge or any extra holes. Does have the original hoops and tension rods.

Snare is a 6 lug Rogers. No badge. Only three lugs are original (small smooth b+b). Extra holes were drilled for some new lugs and for a different strainer. I have the original strainer. (I did not drill the holes. These drums are exactly as I found them.) Also has the original snare stand. I have some of the broken b+b lugs and inserts and springs.

What would be a fair asking price in this condition? Should I sell the pieces separately or as a set? Thanks for looking.

Thanks vintagemore2000 for sharing your opinion. I have been thinking about doing just that. Anyone else want to give their two cents?

Keep the Rogers together for sure if you are selling.Strength is in numbers on any vintage kit and these certainly fit that bill.
