The "L" arm is a mid 70's Slingerland not Pearl.....Mikey

No, The whole "L" arm top and bottom are Slingerland i don't have my catalog near me right now so i can't give the name of the line of the hardwear that this is from....I will check the S/L catalog later today and let you guy's know...Mikey
I'd have gone along with Longjohn - tilter does look like a 70s Pearl I have also. Suppose it could go either way, as it seems that Slingerland was one of the main templates for many of the early Japanese stencils. If it says 'Made in Japan' anywhere on there, that would certainly clear things up.
The "L" and not 'I" arm (I know, I know...hehe) doesnt have any writting or label...Ill post more pixs later, just in case...I also think its a Pearl...
Well re the tilter, Just checked an old trap case, I just found a second one that I have.. and its part of a still working Pearl boom stand.
Cheers
It's a pearl i'm looking at one now.
Some photos of a Slingerland tilter from the 70's..The round insert has 2 threaded holes 1 is for the threaded piece that the cymbal gos onto the other threaded hole a "T" bolt screws into to hole the tilter in place...Mikey
