i think it's a pd 105 steel snare mid to late 70's , and may have been part of a snare pkg.

the value i'm going to guess around 60$ to 100$. i played one very similar one and to me it was not premier best snare , it had a very cheap sound with no gut's.

70's, basically a student model (dead giveaway is the carry case, stand and pad) type, not a great snare but not the worst. Good starter snare.

$100 would be pushing it. I think they sold for around $45 at the time, mostly to music schools.
