Here is my latest restoration. An old TROMSA KORRI Set 60s era. Only the bassdrum was in good condition the rest were just parts as you can see on the first pic.

I thought this one would be easy starting with nice but bare shells. Was quite the PIA and labor intensive. I knew it would be costly having to buy all the hardware. And it was. Not a perfect 100% restoration. But nice players kit. Original wrap and no extra holes.

1958 Ludwig (early) Club Date kit: 9x13, 12x15, 14x20 w/matching Jazzfest (added after photo was taken.)
The kit was covered in white contact paper and the shells had been painted black inside and out. I stripped them up and put a period correct DUCO finish on them. One of my better 'saves' among many over 30 years of restoring old kits.
