Looks like a Keystone Downbeat (with a Sensitone snare), but the lugs don't look right to me in the pics. If it is what I think I will be there with bells on at 9 am tomorrow...but after Tuesday's Musicyo/Slingerland Spirit incident I figure i had better check in with you folk ahead of time. Thanks as always!!

If you are wondering if they are vintage, they are not.

Nor are they Ludwig, going by the lugs.

I can see that they are not the right lugs, but it seems to me that i see a keystone badge. According to the seller they are 1967, which should also mean that they should have white interiors? I can't tell if there are re-rings either by the photo. MIJs with keystone badge put on after being rewrapped in sparkle silver? I'm still gonna go see this in person just out of curiosity.

Holy Schmoly, look at the size of the bell in the middle cymbal.

Well it did turn out to be a stencil kit with laser copied transbadges glued on..I seriously think I'm going to book a rendezvous with an optometrist! It wasn't a half bad MIJ kit, rerings & all, but I left it there politely after swapping a few drum stories..D'oh!!

funky - It's so easy to be faked out by photos, bro. Don't fault yourself. I've gotten burned more than once buying stuff from photos only. Caviat emptor, baby!

John

Too many great drums to list here!
