I didn't get your pics, but thanks for posting the ones you did.

Sorry, but I got carried away taking and sorting pics. There are so many now the best way is to log into the web site I posted above. They offered free storage so now all the pics are together. I tried to sort them into folders. My login and password are on the post above. Pls. check the pics as I want to relist this weekend. I'm already getting the 'salvagers' emails asking for parts only. I know in my heart this is a true Jet set and I am thinking of including the remaining stands *i.e. cymbal* and kick pedal to make it whole. Thanks again for all your help.

Who the heck would be asking for parts off this kit? Are they members here on the forum? That's just odd.

No, crazy ebayers. I linked this forum with my last post in an effort to boost knowledge. Obviously they can't read or read incomplete as their messeges to me were "since your kit is junk put together...". encouraging me to hack it up and sell the pieces indiv. lol I haven't had anyone here say they accessed the pics I posted online. Maybe it's not working. I will try to reduce them and post here.

Trying to post pics of shells.

Here are pics of the small tom. Sadly, the attachment on it was a pearl and it had been added aftermarket. There is a third hole covered by the attachment that looks more 'factory drilled'. The bevels are all clean and the interior shows no other defects.

These are pics of the big tom and a couple of the kick. There is a crack in the inner hoop on the big tom where it was joined into a circle. The crack is along the glue line as you can see the angle cut. Looks easy to glue and clamp but I think I will just point it out and let the other owner determine what to do. There are no ply deformations or delaminations in any shell. The other two pics are of the kick. One shows the bevel and the closeup is of the outer portion where the pedal attaches. The outer coating is scratched.

These are the remainder of the kick pics. As you can see, bevels are clean and no extra holes. Outer finish is scratched from pedal.

Here are the hoops for the small and large tom. Bass hoops are in the other room.

Finally, here are pics of the hi-hat stand, snare stand, kick leg, rogue attachment on the small tom and a nice pic of the large tom with push button straight legs.

I hope all this helps clear up the controversy. I won't post pics of the measurements, we did get the tape out and they measure like ok. email me @ juddeide@yahoo.com

with indiv. requests if you need any other pics. I plan on reassembling the kit tomorrow and posting it late Sat or Sun day.

It appears like the mount was drilled where the muffler was. That definitely sucks and will ultimately cause the value to take a hit. The kit does look pretty good, though. Bass spurs look good, as does the floor muffler and all the lug screws. Don't worry about the rering, that's an easy fix.

I've reposted the kit on ebay:

Please chime in if I am doing anything wrong.

thanks again,
