Ill go little by little
I need to know if some one here recognizes these bass drum spur brackets (they look like that but the curve on the backing plate might indicate something else), A unknown supersensitive mechanism and these weird tube lugs that got only one unthreaded extension that goes in to the mounting hole...Any ideas?

Those are for boats,where you want to mount small flags.They bolt up usually on the gunnel at the stern.

No idea what a gunnel is, but we'll take your word that these will attach to it. Guess you know boats.

woah. don't know what that super mech is but its awesome. if its up for sale let me know.
Those brackets could be for mounting a marching drum harness, makes more sense than a boat flag pole mount based on the curvature of the mount plate.
