If you have the flash hoops off the drum you can order new raw hide heads and put them on the flash hoops...Mikey

You may need to go up to a larger size and cut your own....but man, they are not expensive at all, especially if you already have the flesh hoops.

They are more of a utility grade or even slunks, but you can get a whole stack of them for what you'd pay for one at most other retail sites. They ARE NOT the the pretty, bleached white, but they work, especially if coloration means nothing to you. I can be a cheapskate on some things, and heads can really add up, especially calf. So give Matt a call and he will advise you on what he has available.

I just bot and installed calfskin heads from them. Great price, fast shipping- I really can't comment on the quality since these were my first-ever calfskin heads.
