The only size piccolo snare that Ludwig made that I'm aware of is 13x3, not 14. The lugs are a bit odd. I don't ever recall Ludwig making a lug like that either. I'd be suspicious that it is an actual Ludwig drum if I were you......

Those lugs look like somebody took the very poorly made offset lugs from the Ludwig Jazz Combo and mixed them with the offset style of the Leedy New Era and VOILA!!
I think they are cool personally.
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
