the snare is a midline rocker snare, and based on the spurs and modular mounts, the kit looks like a late 80's/early 90's 6 ply maple popler. but the drum with the badge pictured shows a felt lug gasket.

i'm pretty sure ludwig didn't use felt gaskets until 97 when they went to the thinner 9 ply shells. so either the tom...or some of the drums are more recent than others or someone added the gaskets later on.

this could be the case since i'm been selling ludwig gaskets for a few years

(not saying they came from me but ya know...)

So, it's not a Rocker Set then? Can you give me an estimated value on them? Thanks

I was guessing 80's just based on they are power toms. It did have Rocker heads on it but, from what I read that dosnt matter.

Definetly after 85 when Ludwig moved to Monroe N.C.Its looks like the badge is gold tinted, which makes the drums classic maple.Silver badges were birch classics.Power toms aren't worth a lot,but is that a 26" bass drum and an 18" or 20"floor tom?If so that kicks up the value a bit.Drums that size are very desireable right now.

It's a 22" kick and it has a 12,13,and 16" toms.

It's tough to say exactly how much it's worth in this market. If everything is in pretty good shape, I'ld value it at $600-800.
