Name this snare stand?!

This stand was with a Gretsch kit I'm (FINALLY!) about to list on eBay. I'm selling the hardware separately and wanted to know if any of you could provide a clue as to its origin...It would be cool if it was a Gretsch, but I can't tell and am having no luck searching...THANKS!

It's a Camco. I have a couple of them. BTW all George Way hardware was made by the Camco Hardware and Accessories Company.
