I have never seen that strainer, but every thing looks good to me. I'm sure this drum would sound wonderful. YES.

I have the same drum with a different throw (P-338) It is the one I play the most out of 20 or more. Right now I have mine set up with Remo amby snare side and Remo skyntone batter. 12 strand puresound wires. Sounds GREAT.
