I'm surprised nobody's re-popped these.

I'd like to buy nine of them (yeah, I know, but I gotta ask). They fit early '60's flat stands and they look a lot like this one of two 50-year survivors.

They is a guy in Michigan that sells rubber tips on Feebay all day long.

they had flat round button feet from early 60's and before that. they actually attach to the stand. that stand that's in your pic takes the conventional slip-on rubber boot that fits many stands. not sure what those tips are that you have there..

Those would certainly solve the stability issue with flat base stands using the round feet that slip over the leg bar. Wish somebody would reproduce them.
