I recently bought this drum at flea market, it's in pretty rough shape.

After doing some more research, I found a similar model on the internet from 1929, it has the eagle and everything is similar, but the badge is different. When I looked up my badge online, an expert said the badge on my drum is from the early 20s. Nevertheless, I want to find the age of this drum, is it 1929, or earlier, and whats the value.

It also came with in almost mint condition, a pair of drum sticks.

I think there made out of hickory, they say Ludwig & Ludwig Chicago

Ludwig & Ludwig badge w/ USA, 1927-30. I have many marching drums from Ludwig & Ludwig, They command almost no interest, & even less $$. I find them interesting, & will pick one up if it's available for peanuts. I love the old sticks, many are made of Rosewood & Ebony. (Your mismatched pair look like one of each.)).
