Listening to Pete Best's drumming on an early recording of that song is interesting. It seems awkward to me.

Andy only played drums at one Beatle session and Ringo played on some of the takes at that session. If you hear a tambourine on Love Me Do then it's Andy on drums, no tambourine it's Ringo. Both takes ended up being released.
