Can anyone date this Leedy snare drum? I will most likely sell this one too. It is 13.75" X 5".

H, it is a student model made after the move to Elkhart in 1930.

Are you sure this isn't a 4 X 14 " ? It seems to be the "Pep" model made c.1927 ? -34. (used a different strainer after '34)

I remeasured (after studying how to measure) and it looks like 3 X 13.

Looks like a late teens/early 20s Leedy Student Model...not sure when the odd size 13.5" shell came and went...are you sure it's a 5" shell?...looks 4"...
