Keynote drum sticks Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Has anyone ever heard of Keynote drum sticks?? It has TM next to their name. They are hard plastic about 17 inches long and has Wayne Newtons name on them. All this is stamped into the sticks. I can't find any info on them anywhere. Help if you can. Thanks!

Wayne Newton!? Before some start to criticize your inquiry, I remember seeing The Newton Brothers on Ed Sullivan years ago, as a kid. Although, not a fan of Wayne, I have to say that the gentleman could/can play anything, drums included! He bounced around the stage playing guitar, bass, drums and even a sax ( I may be wrong on the sax. It was years ago). You may have some collectible sticks, sir. I don't know if I'd want to use them but, nevertheless, pretty cool!

I've never been a Wayne Newton fan either, but that SOB has managed to 'pack the house' in Vegas for decades! Anything, 'Wayne Newton' is collectable.

Somewhere out there is a little blue-haired old-lady who would give her eye-teeth for anything that belonged to Wayne!

I say, off to ebay with them! I bet you get a good price for them too!

Too many great drums to list here!

Hello, raydrummer!

Yesterday, I did a bit of research on your sticks but, came up with very little. They may have been produced by Peters Plastics, Inc. of Boynton Beach sometime in the seventies. I don't think the firm is still in operation. There is also a Keynote Music Sales of Ireland who distributes instruments. You might want to check out Peters Plastics though since you mention the sticks are plastic. Hope this helps just a bit.
