Just saw these listed in Toronto,Canada wish I had the time to go get them the price looks good to me. The drums look like their in good condition in the picture and looks like it includes cymbals and stands all from Rose Morris $150.

No, not this time. I did twice before when I couldn't make it to get something.
Once someone bought a house in Toronto and found a 50's set of ludwigs(4pc) with 2 rides/large crash's and hi-hats likely old zildjans. They wanted $50
the other time someone inherited a old set of gretsch drums and a bunch of old paiste and k"s wanted $300 came with a ton of extras like 2 set of cymbals and lots of stands.
